Dolphinradar: Minea Review 2026—Plans, Credits and Limits
Learn how Minea's plans, credits and ad filters work, where its limits matter, and why dolphinradar readers may consider organic competitor activity too.

If you're researching dolphinradar to understand competitor activity, this Minea review explains what an ad-spy tool can show and where paid-ad data leaves gaps. It covers Minea's plans, credits and filters alongside the distinction between paid and organic activity.
Minea is one of the most-recommended ad-spy and product-research tools in dropshipping, with a database of Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest ads, a daily list of winning products and a one-click Shopify store builder. I went through Minea’s three plans, its credit system, its filters and what long-time users say to work out whether Minea is still the right first subscription in 2026.
Ask ten dropshipping educators which ad-spy tool they recommend and Minea will come up in most of the answers — its homepage is a wall of quotes from course creators saying exactly that. That kind of endorsement can mean a product is excellent, or that it has a good affiliate programme, or both. So I spent a week inside Minea’s product pages, pricing table, FAQ and the third-party plan breakdowns, mapping what each Minea tier actually includes and where the credit meter bites.
Because Minea, like every ad-spy tool, only sees the paid half of a competitor’s presence, I kept a TikTok competitor-monitoring tool, Reachara, open in the next tab for the organic half — more on that at the end.
Minea leads with its ad database, trend tracking and competitor monitoring, and a long row of educator endorsements.
What Minea is
Minea is an ad-spy and product-research platform for ecommerce. Its core is an ad library that Minea says is “the richest in terms of data”, built from thousands of ads analysed daily plus placements from tens of thousands of influencers, covering Facebook/Meta, TikTok and Pinterest (with Snapchat listed as coming soon). Around that library Minea layers:
- Filters by spend, activity, engagement, date, country and dozens of other criteria — “the most liked Shopify ads from the last two weeks” is the example Minea gives.
- Shop insights — traffic, revenue estimates, top ads, and the apps and tools a store runs.
- 10 winning products every day, pre-validated by their ads.
- Magic Search — upload a screenshot of a product and Minea returns every ad and creative related to it.
- AI analysis and transcription of ads, a competitor finder, an AliExpress supplier finder, tracking lists and notifications.
- One-click Shopify store creation from any product, plus partner discounts and a free .store domain on paid plans.
Minea claims more than 200,000 dropshippers as users, is available in six languages, and sells a companion course and “Minea Academy” alongside the tool.
Getting started with Minea
You can register for free and browse, which is enough to see Minea’s interface and the shape of its data. The quickest path to value is the Daily Top 10 products list — Minea’s curated picks with the ads already attached — followed by the ad library filtered by recent spend. Minea’s own pitch is “in 3 clicks, I find products to sell”, and for a beginner that is roughly true.

Meta, TikTok and Pinterest ads with spend, activity and engagement filters; Magic Search lets you start from a screenshot instead of a keyword.
Minea pricing in 2026
Minea sells three monthly plans, each discounted if paid quarterly, and all described as commitment-free. From Minea’s own pricing page:
- Starter — $49/month ($39/month paid quarterly). Meta ads listing, products listing, 10 AI ad analyses a month, 10 AI transcripts, 50 Magic Searches, a free .store domain. Third-party breakdowns put the credit allowance at 10,000 a month.
- Premium — $99/month ($79 quarterly). Everything in Starter plus TikTok and Pinterest ads, shops listing, brand tracker for 10 shops, notifications, daily niche lists, 50 AI analyses, 50 transcripts, 100 Magic Searches. About 100,000 credits.
- Business — $199/month ($158 quarterly). Unlimited brand tracking, unlimited AI analyses, transcripts and Magic Searches, plus the Success Radar of top trending products.
Two things to know before you pick. First, TikTok and Pinterest ads are only on Premium and up, which makes $99 the realistic entry price for most 2026 product research. Second, Minea is credit-based: searches and analyses draw down a monthly allowance, and reviewers consistently note that the jump from 10,000 to 100,000 credits between Starter and Premium is the difference between running out mid-month and not.

The plan table makes the gating clear — shops listing, brand tracker and notifications start at Premium, and AI analysis counts climb with each tier.
How the Minea credit system works
Every search, filter run, AI analysis and Magic Search on Minea draws from a monthly credit allowance that resets on your billing date, and the allowance is the real dividing line between the plans. Starter’s roughly 10,000 credits are comfortable for a beginner checking the Daily Top 10 and running a handful of filtered searches a day; a full-time researcher who lives in the ad library will burn through it in a week or two. Premium’s roughly 100,000 credits are the practical floor for daily use, and Business removes the ceiling on the AI features entirely. The upside of a metered model is that Minea’s data stays fast and its heavy users subsidise nobody; the downside is that you have to learn how much a search costs before you can budget. Check the credit counter in the dashboard after your first session — it is the quickest way to know which Minea tier you actually need.
What Minea gets right
- Data depth. Minea’s ad library and influencer-placement coverage are the reason educators recommend it.
- Multi-network in one place. Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest ads under one login, on Premium and up.
- Magic Search. Starting from a screenshot is genuinely useful when you have seen a product but not the brand.
- Shop insights and brand tracking. Traffic, revenue estimates, tool stacks and alerts turn a spy tool into a monitoring tool.
- Free to look, no commitment, cheaper quarterly.
Where Minea falls short
- Credits. A metered allowance is Minea’s most-cited frustration; heavy researchers should assume Premium.
- TikTok is a $99 feature. Starter is Meta-only.
- Estimates, not measurements. Revenue and traffic figures are modelled; treat them as ranking signals.
- Paid ads only. Minea shows what competitors paid to promote, not what they posted organically or which of it spread.
- Educator-driven marketing. The endorsements are real but incentivised; judge Minea on your own searches.
Minea vs the alternatives
Against unlimited-usage spy tools, Minea trades a credit meter for broader data and richer shop insights. Against pure product-list services, Minea wins by attaching ads and shops to every product. The gap that Minea shares with the whole ad-spy category is organic monitoring — knowing what a competitor’s TikTok channel did this week, and who started posting about them.
Verdict: is Minea worth it in 2026?
For a dropshipper who wants the deepest ad database and a daily shortlist, Minea’s Premium plan at $99 is the sensible choice; Starter is a Meta-only trial in all but name, and Business is for teams tracking many brands. Minea remains a strong first research subscription, provided you understand its credits and its paid-ads-only view. Register free and try a Magic Search on a product you already sell.
The alternative worth keeping next to it: Reachara
Two Minea limits kept me on a second tab: a credit meter that punishes heavy research, and a view limited to paid ads. Reachara watches the organic side of the same competitors on TikTok, with no credits at all.
- Name a competitor and Reachara maps their channel. A website, @handle or hashtag becomes up to 12 TikTok hashtag pages — keyword search is blocked on TikTok, hashtag pages are not — and each sweep covers roughly 1,000 videos in a couple of minutes.
- Ranked by what travelled. Every post is scored by plays divided by the posting account’s followers, so a video that reached 186K people from a 152-follower account surfaces above a big account’s ordinary week.
- Who started posting about them, sweep after sweep, with whatever contact each account published in its bio.
- No credits, no per-sweep charge. Starter is $99 a month for 2 monitored pairs swept weekly; Growth $199 for 6 pairs swept daily with API access; Scale $599 for 20 pairs. Every view exports to CSV.
- Honest about scope. TikTok only today; Instagram, YouTube and Reddit planned, not sold.
Use Minea to find the ads and products that are working. Use Reachara to see what those brands posted this week and which of it actually spread.
